Urban Architecture and Civil Engineering designed this new "island" pocket park as the gateway to the SOHO West development area.  The design included a new "Jersey City" sign utilizing the City's new logo, a 60' flag pole which anchors the corner of the park between Jersey Avenue and 18th Street, pervious pavers and various types of plants requiring minimal watering and maintenance.
