Urban designed and oversaw the construction of Cast Iron Lofts II which was the second of a 2 phase project encompassing a full Jersey City block.  We assisted in writting the redevelopmnet plan amendents with the City of Jersey City allowing the building to rise to 26 stories and altering the location of the building on the site.

CIL II is 26 stories with a podium that maintains the urban street frontage  This mixed use project has approximately 550,000 square feet, 232 luxury rental units of vary bedroom types a 300 car indoor multi-level parking garage which connects to Phase I, approximately 25,000 sf of retail space, various types of amenity spaces including a rooftop terrace with an infinity pool, individual cabanas, cooking and dining areas, private seating with TVs and fire-pits and a large outdoor movie wall with terraced greassed seating.  A separate roof area includes a smaller private roof lounge and a dog run.  Indoor amenities includes a fitness center, relaxation lounge and a kid's playroom.
