Urban Architecture and Civil Engineering designed this new 1.5 acre park located within the Jersey Avenue Park Redevelopment Area.  The park is situated between and designed to complement Soho Club Lofts and Cast Iron Lofts.  The design has 4 varying size quadrants each with different functions including a tiered grass seating area overlooking a performance stage; children's play area with varying age equipment, a dog park and a bio-planted area with a wildflower garden.  An east/west direction triangular shaped pathway runs through the park reconnecting 17th Street to future development on its westerly end while a meandering narrower walkway runs north/south connecting opposing site corners.  The pathways are constructed of cobblestone stamped concrete of varying sizes resembling the original cobblestone street that once occupied this land.
