In 2019 Urban redesigned the Lobby, all common amentiy spaces and the residential apartments.  The new finishes included the addiiton of a children's playroom, new concierge desk, lobby fireplace, and new wall, floor and ceiling materials and colors.  The apartment kitchens, bathrooms and overall finishes were replaced to include new contemporary designs and materials.
